Move-In + Luxury Property = H-Town Shine
As we specialize in luxury living cleaning, we understand that your community comes with proper cleaning guidelines depending on surface types.
As the owner, I train each team assigned to your property to make sure we are carrying the correct products needed for your finishings. Each unit is personally walked through by me at the end of the day to make sure all expectations are met.
What we do
Move-In and Luxury Living Specialists
Bathrooms
- Deep cleaning of bathtub grouts, tiles, faucet
- Whitening scrub of bathtub floors & liner
- Streak-free cleaning of all mirrors and shower doors (Soap scum on shower doors removed and left like new!)
- Scrub down toilets inside and out and toilet seat cover removed to clean screws.
- All light fixtures dusted and shined.
Kitchen
- Clean all appliances (All interiors, exteriors including sides)
- Fridge (moved to clean behind if possible), Oven, Stovetop, Hood fan & Stove grates.
- Microwave & Dishwasher (cleanout filters and drain)
- Shine Backsplash and Countertops
- Cabinets and Drawers (Pulled out for deep cleaning)
- Sweep, scrub & mop floors
Living Room/Common Area
- Complete wipe-down and shine of all light fixtures
- Dusting and shining of all ceiling fans.
- Wipe down of all walk-in bedroom closets and coat closets
- Cleaning of all windows (balcony windows included), frames and blinds.
- Balcony swept, and light fixtures shined.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop all floors and carpet before walking out!
Bedrooms
- Dusting and shining of ceiling fans and air vents.
- Gentle removal of all light covers and shined entirely.
- Cleaning of all windows, frames and blinds
- Baseboards air blown and wiped down.
- If Carpet, our professionals vacuum forming perfect lines to add the perfect touch to your resident's new luxury living apartment.
Executive Offices
- Dusting and shining of all frames and light fixtures.
- Windows and glass doors wiped streak-free.
- Computers dusted and wiped down to remove any dust particles. (Computer screens excluded)
- All Restrooms deep cleaned.
- Trash cans emptied out and bags replaced.
- All furniture pieces dusted and shined (Depending on material)
- Sweep, Vaccuum, and mop all floor types to cover entire sq. ft.
Gym and Lounge
- Sanitize and shine all work-out machines, weights, and benches.
- Remove and replace all trash bags.
- Wipe down of all mirrors leaving Streak-Free!
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floor types.
- Folding of complimentary towels provided by property.
- Water stations sanitized.
- For lounge: Furniture pieces vacuumed, dusted and repositioned if out of place.
